I love the way that every Bama fan defends literally everything that a Bama player does.

No one gets arrested for playing loud music. He did something else when he was confronted about it.

He got arrested for refusing to turn down music.

I'm not taking up for anyone, nor am I casting stones.
But it seems kinda audacious for a kid to be refusing to do something he's asked by a law enforcement officer to do.
That's some attitude.

Why would he resist arrest for just having music up too loud? There's definitely more to it than that.

"resisting arrest" can be:

Cop: Turn the music down.

TB: Why?

Cop: Turn it down.

TB: Give me a reason.

Cop: You're under arrest.

*aggressively begins to arrest a teenage boy*

TB: Man what are you doing this is so stupid.

Cop: Oh you're resisting arrest?

I think the problem was that TB was being immature and wouldn't listen.

Not really an attitude. No one should do what they say if it's stupid. Let's see them put everyone in jail.

I'm sure you led the opposition to the rapist thug being let back on LSU's team last season.

No one said anything about being kicked off the team. But don't be stupid enough to pretend like Bama's fans wouldn't have different responses if this weren't someone else's player.

I had the same thing happen to me when I was sixteen and driving home late after work. He drew his gun on me and pulled me out threw me on the ground scuffed me up pretty good put me on the hood and took everything I had and put me in the car then another cop pulled up and they realized who I was told me to pull over right away next time and let me go.

Most folks--kids especially--don't take it upon themselves to decide what's "stupid" and what isn't, when being asked by a law enforcement agent to do something.
They shut their mouths--other than to reply respectfully--and deal w the legal issues later.
Just seems like there's more to this, that's all.

Well, as I've been told before

"A lot of them define their self worth by how many people they can arrest."
