Series of the Century sounds kind of cheesy IMO

Saban Bowl sounds more fitting because it actually pertains yo a big event in the history of the "rivalry" between the two.

Saban only gets this excited when Alabama beats their rival.

Then again, rivalries can also be based on hatred, disdain, disgust, and disrespect. In which case, it's still you, Tennessee

First Saturday in November because it signifies LSU replacing Tennessee as a member of the Big 3

The Game of Trenches

or

Battle in the Trenches

I don't I like trenches, or the word to be in it some kind of way. But its too much big boy football being played in this game year in and year out for that to not be a characteristic of any nickname for it.

LSU is prob already in the top 3 in terms of all-time success.

But yeah, I'm down to make fun of Tennessee.

I agree.

After Saban retires, we can drum up a better name.

At what point in the win streak, 6,7,8? Does it cease to be a rivalry? You know, like Bama vs UT has become in the swamp trash eyes.

I'd expect a 3-2 record or something like that with a name of this magnitude. Maybe if LSU starts winning more games we'll put that title on it. Until then, we'll call it the "bama bowl".
