Serious question: Has anyone ever seen a worse coaching job than Alabama vs Vanderbilt?
The #1 team in the country, loaded with talent and NFL players at almost every position loses to an unranked team that had NEVER beaten a top 5 team. An unranked team with 2 and 3 star players, an unranked team running a gimmick offense from 1957.
Not only did they lose, Alabama never lead one time in the game, the outcome was never really in doubt.
To make it worse, the Head Coach lost control of the team so much that the PLAYERS not the coach, were deciding who to put on the field at the end of the game. Let that sink in. The players were making the decision about which 11 players took the next snap on the field of play. DuBose will survive this year, but Alabama football is done for the foreseeable future. It's over.
