Lil Nicky will be voted Commissioner of the new 40 team league and will oversee TV Revenue and put a profit sharing program together for football only . It’s the only way this can go.

We will hear through the media the usual jibberish but the secret discussion will be how to set into motion the B1G/SEC breakaway.

The 34 combined teams in the Big Ten and SEC starting in 2024 would have represented an average of 7.6 playoff bids per year if the 12-team bracket was in place over the first 10 seasons of the CFP.

They have a case to push for guaranteed playoff bids and a bigger piece of the pie regarding revenue distribution.

I think one or both of these will take place in time, but not immediately. They are too powerful together to not have some or all of their demands met.

College football continues to be reshaped into the nfl and things get less fun as a result.

I am a bit surprised the SEC and the big ten can get together on much of anything. I am not sure that big ten commissioner of some years back, he retired, and Sankey would have gotten together.

Perhaps times are changing.
