I certainly understand, but the lines seem to be blurred during flaming. Like yesterday when you commented something about Arkansas being a classless place full of banjo players and mason jars or whatever. Does that not apply to southern Missouri also?

To be fair, this is a totally inaccurate representation.
In Missouri we don't beat our mules, and we in fact frown on mule abuse of any sort.
The beating porkerface bit was spot on though.

That post was in direct response to you, once again, denigrating Missouri. And I did not say Arkansas was a classless place, or that Missouri was substantially different. My parents were both from Arkansas, I have lots of family there and have spent much time in your state. For the most part, the people are warm, friendly, kind-hearted and down-to-earth. Many of the posters here do not reflect what I've personally experienced in Arkansas.
You take every possible opportunity to criticize, insult and harass Mizzou posters personally and everything about Missouri in general. You said Missouri does not impress you and people here have no class, so I suggested you stay home - where you're obviously more comfortable since you choose to live there.

There is nothing wrong with arkansas, other than delusional football fans. The culture is probably similar in many ways to southern Missouri.
When it comes to football however, you people (I am purposefully refraining from saying "y'all") act like you are somehow special. I can sort of understand how fans of National Championship teams can be somewhat arrogant but arkansas is not on that level.
The simple fact is, kids beating other kids in a game of football does not make any person better than another person. This is something that SEC folks don't seem to understand.
Show up, tailgate, cheer for your team until your voice goes out but don't act like there is anything remotely special about you or your state just because the team you root for happened to eke out a victory against a tough opponent. There is better football played in NFL stadiums and our state has 2 of those.
And no, I'm not a fan of tearing down goalposts after beating OU and dragging them to a bar downtown.

After wasting 30 minutes reading this thread, my only thoughts are:
I have never in my life heard of mayonnaise and french fries, and I've lived in and traveled this state for my entire life. Not saying it's a bad thing, just never heard of that combo.

Do you honestly expect what I say after 5 pages of flaming to be true? Or maybe I was just looking to dig the hooks deeper into the MU noob poster?

I didn't read the entire thread - it was pretty long - just found your comment insulting and responded in kind. Good to know you don't actually hate the entire state.

Where I grew up in Southern Mississippi you are Yankees. To be fair though, where I grew up so is North Carolina, Kentucky and Virginia.
