These standing are based on 20 sports (10 men, 10 women)
State and Ole Miss only field teams for 15 of the 20 sports.
When you don't compete in 25% of the judged sports, kind of hard to score well.

Even the weakest link of the SEC finished 66th, far higher than all of the other weakest conference teams. Solid from top to bottom
