The only places I know of where rape is an ongoing constant issue for a football team are LSU and Baylor.
Everywhere else, rape results in the offender being kicked off thr team and out of school, and then there's no more rape problem. I dont know why that's so damn hard a process for LSU and Baylor to follow.
