We don't want him. He has nothing to offer. Unless he wants to be Saban's waterboy.

It wouldn't help Jimbo or anyone at Alabama for that matter. No one could understand him the guy talks like a human caffeine tablet. I guarantee you 90% of the players he's ever coached had no idea what the dude ever said.

As an Lsu fan I would donate to REC if Saban would hire Orgeron lol

Won't ever happen. Jimbo burnt that bridge in Jan 2007. Had already told Nick he was coming as the OC then called and re-nigged and said he was going to FSU

I wish Nick would hire Ed O. He would finally be in a place of culture and refinement and learn to live like a normal human being. It would be the best thing that ever happened to Ed

I don't know what kind of drive Jimbo has. If he can't be happy unless he coaches, it would be a solid bridge year for him. If he's happy sitting on a fat pile of money like most human beings, he can buy a nice ranch or island in his place of choosing and frick off for the rest of his life.

I don't think Jimbo Fisher has anything to offer anyone at the Division 1 level. What would he help teach, offense?

The best thing that ever happened to Ed was winning a Natty.
The 2nd best thing was being shown what door to walk out to collect his 17 million

Obviously a joke, but that man’s ego would never even allow him to take another coaching job that’s not a top 5 school, much less as an assistant. He truly thought he was on the same level as Saban. Unless he got real humbled by this experience, this is why we’ll never see him coach again. No big school is going to take him, and he wouldn’t take a smaller school. He’ll either ride off into the sunset or pop-up as an analyst down the road.

Jimbo never adapted to the modern offensive game. Lane, Sark, and Saban have. Jimbo would serve no use to Saban.
