INC pass by rule when Julio touched it while standing out of bounds before PP had full possession.

Why is this still a thing?

Bigger travesty was the 2011 GoC goal line int that was dual possession at worst, possession to the offense, and went to LSU.

Best thing that happened to them. Saban has proven to be susceptible to the changes in flow and playcalling that a back-up or new starter he hadn't game planned agaisnt for months/weeks.

Plus, Colt didn't look too much in pain, except when he noticed the cameras were on him. Texas scared.

Perhaps most interesting about the game is Florida believes - even today - they were the better team. “We should have won 2009,” linebacker Ryan Stamper said in the documentary. “Talent for talent, player for player we should not have lost that game.”

The better team doesn’t always win. Lort knows Alabama has lost some it shouldn’t have.

After watching the documentary I went back and watched the highlights of the 06 game because lsu had so much talent that year and I remember them doing a lot of stupid shite that game. I had totally forgot how many blunders they had

-muffed punt
-blocked punt
-muffed kickoff resulting in safety
-2 missed fgs
-fumbled at florida 1 yard line going in
-TD called back for a bs hold

And they were still in it until the end. Not to mention their elite wr duo all had the worst games of their careers. Lost count of how many drops Dwayne bowe had

But I do appreciate the doc talking about the 07 game and skipping over the 08 and 09 games

At least he beat Bama. Can’t say the same about Auburn.

It’s normal fandom bias to think the refs screwed you, but taking a step back you accept that refs didn’t influence the outcome of the game.

2009 Arkansas-Florida was one of the very few times where I believe the refs influenced the outcome of the game.

And apparently so did the SEC by suspending the crew afterwards.

I wish we would have lost that game. It would have served UF better like the Ole Miss game the year before to pull their heads out of their asses and quit eating the "rat poison" and maybe we would have been better mentally prepared for Bama.

After Bama brought us back down to earth we took it out on poor Cincinnati in the bowl game.

I remember Cincinnati players complaining before the game saying UF players and fans were treating us like we didn’t deserve to be there.

Everyone not a B1G or Cincinnati fan was “Well, you don’t”

Alabama fans have a very weird obsession with college athletes being emotionally open and passionate about their schools that aren't named Alabama.

Ah, yes. 2009. The year the refs, brazenly, openly, and unabashedly handed Florida the Arkansas game on national t.v.

frick Marc Curles right in his stupid arse with a cactus.

You are effin crazy. Tim Tebow was tailor made for that Urban Meyer offense and those UF teams.

Chris Leak was a really good player btw and was a big time recruit coming out of highschool. FSU and Bowden were recruiting him starting as early as his middle school days.

People don't remember how good he was because he played under Zook mostly and then Tebow came in right after him but he threw a very pretty deep ball and was very accurate as well.

I always find comments like this really amazing. Alabama won that game 32-13. They won by 3 possessions! Almost tripled the amount of points Florida scored and dominated every single category! I don’t understand how anyone can truly believe they should have won that game!

UF was the more dangerous team at their peak overall that year imo. Bama was more consistent though.
