In order for someone to make these lists, they should have to wear the opposing team's gear and sit in the crowd.

So this is what it looks like to be a fan of a low tier program

Not trying to be a SEC homer, but when I think of Death Valley, I think of LSU Tiger Stadium, not Clemson football.

I really feel like TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY will be #1 when Kyle Field is complete though. (It would also be nice to have a defense to help in that intimidating factor)

As long as the male cheerleaders are there Kyle Field won't be that intimidating.

Penn state is pretty intimidating for off the field reasons.

If you mean Male Cheerleaders like LSU has, well, that is not intimidating, it's just scary as hell. Texas A&M doesn't have male cheerleaders, we have yell leaders, that get 110,000 Aggie Fans yelling.

Penn state, before the mess, and at a big game is pretty damn intense.

Yea, try concentrating during the game knowing what's waiting for you in the showers when it's over.

As for the OP, I though LSU fans left early

Has anyone ever been to Ohio St. or Penn St.? I haven't but saying their stadiums are intimidating is like saying Charlotte Motor Speedway is intimidating. Those stadiums look flat and spread out and the noise I imagine escapes. Is it just the seating capacity?

Smaller stadiums like Oregon's look more intimidating.

Clemson's #4. Good list

No, I was referring more to the lack of female cheerleaders and the obnoxious weirdness of the whole yell leader thing.

Figured you'd read between the lines.
