If by Crisis you mean A&M investing more than they ever did in the program and the fans becoming more rabid than sure.
Here’s what I’ll tell you from Mizzou’s perspective. We’ve finally recovered from 2015. I genuinely didn’t think we ever would. Can’t describe how many friends haven’t spent another cent. NOW - most of those guys are back.
That’s because of the SEC attention and excitement.
What Baylor, TCU, TT, OKST et all are really in crisis over is they’ve lost the state of Texas and it’s only going to get worse for recruiting. Now most all the SEC out of state schools are going to be above you

To be fair, LSU was not expected to make it there last year and that led to unreasonable expectations this year.
Give him a couple more recruiting classes and then I will judge. Until then, I just enjoy watching my team win or lose.

No! I guess you can’t comprehend reading this article very well. The
Texas paper explained that LSU did nothing to cause this, it was just the fear of what LSU and their AD might do that caused the coaching contract crisis. I hope that helps you.

I’ll agree that LSU looked at them causing their agents to boost their contracts by 10s of millions! I personally never wanted Jimbo after looking what he did to Florida St.

Baylor and Texas A&M got played by LSU. They let rumors run wild, and never hinted at anything.
