They went 4-8 in 2019, he turned them into a 10-win team in two seasons. Then he went to Washington where he promptly went 25-3.
No Alabama fan in their right mind would say he's on the level of Nick Saban. But when it comes to the coaches who are currently available he's easily top tier.

Not sure that many mid-level SEC teams draw a national championship game coach from another big P5 program.
