What a stupid question. Of course not.
He wants someone to explain why we’re the lowest ranked one loss team when we have a higher SOS than the other one loss teams, and a better win, and a less bad loss, than almost all the other one loss teams. (Not including BYU).

A reasonable and well articulated argument,
I think fans in general bitch about name brands getting the benefit of the doubt and then turn around and use a lack of name brands on a schedule against a team,

If the goal is to get in the playoffs then why does it matter if you’re clearly not on the bubble?

Because the first round matchup for the 7 seed is significantly harder than the first round matchup for the 6 seed.

True but does it really matter if you get eliminated in the first or second round? If the goal is a natty you’re going to have to play through the field whether the tough games are early or late.
Plus none of this is worth bitching about until the championship games are finished.
I don’t like the system either and you can bet your arse the rankings are being based on putting teams in slots so they don’t repeat games or that the committee believes will be interesting. Do you see a scenario where UGA loses and they get seeded to play Bama again round 1? Or all SEC teams get put in the same brackets. We all know what they’re doing.
My point is it seems silly to complain at this point because it’s all going to change again.

Which was where did yall want to be ranked?
Also what difference does it make? If you want to win a natty you've got to beat teams, shouldn't matter which ones.

Right or wrong, recency matters I believe. The final poll may have OM and A&M flipped. Can't tell what these people will do. I know that's exactly Elko's point too.
Honestly I think Oregon should be 7 or 8. Either way I am looking forward to some 2nd round matchups between SEC and B1G. We will find out which conference was propped up falsely by polls.
