He should have played. That's probably going to be the last chance he has to dominate at football because he sure ain't doing it in the NFL
He can battle out Caleb Williams for 1st Rd QB bust status

Meh...it's a meaningless game to begin with, pretty much an exhibition game.
Loser take! You play to win if you are competitive.

We have created a society of weak-minded, entitled, and sensitive men.

Strong men/weak men cycle - we must be in weak men cycle

College athletics is dead.
We have minor league pro sports with little to no structure being run by universities for some reason.

Contracts would solve a lot of issues including this one.
But the college football we all grew up with is gone. Fans are noticing. I think it will be a slow slide down to irrelevancy over the next few decades.
Kids nowadays don't even care much about it. They are just as likely to follow e-sports or soccer.

There’s no such thing. NIL is a fancy college sports name for endorsements. Endorsement deals don’t dictate what a player has to do on the field. Worst that can happen is they pull his endorsement. But then, dozens of other dumbass, desperate programs will throw money at him to transfer.
College sports is dead as we knew it.

Well, money talks. If ratings eventually plummet then some type of oversight will be implemented. Big IF though.
At the very least they should regulate the portal and make it more difficult to transfer.

I'm pretty much done with college football.
Bet I didn't watch 8 quarters worth of live football this year.
Watch highlights on youtube. Good enough for me.

Bowl season is about as interesting as a game of darts and it gets worse every year lol. Playoffs ok but 12 teams with about 6 crap games. Gonna get a LOT worse if they continue the present business model, lots of fans already finding other things to do on Saturday.
