12 of LSUs have been in the SEC.
All 18 of ATMs have been in the Little Blind Sisters conferences that ATM has belonged to over the years.
In traditional conference affiliation there are 2 Big 10 teams in the top 20 winningest programs in CFB history. Texas, ATM, Oklahoma and Nebraska are the only 4 from 3 different conferences where they either shared a conference or were somehow aligned with one another. There are 6 charter members of the SEC in the top 20 and 3 in the top 10. Those 6 teams have played one another a BUNCH over the years. Had those programs had the advantage of ONLY playing one other team annually off that list they'd most likely be the top 6 or at least all 6 would be in the top 10. Had those 6 played the likes of Kansas, Kansas State, Baylor, TCU, Houston, Rice, Texas Tech and a host of others who are the conference equivalent of rent a wins those 6 would have a far higher number of total wins. 2 off those SEC teams play the winningest program every year and one othose 2 plays the 9th winningest program of all time every year. The 9th team plays that team and the 20th team on the list every year and the others have played one another on average of every 4 years. It just ain't the same. Texas, OU, ATM and Nebraska as well as Ohio State and Michigan have only faced one another on a regular basis. Its ALWAYS been tougher to get wins against the top 6 of the SEC than than it has been the top 2 of the BIG10 and the top 4 out of whatever the frick conference UT, OU, ATM and UN have belonged to in the past.

I feel like you may have made a point, but the text wall prevented me from reading past the first 2.5 sentences, so I don't know.

He is. What “Ukraine” Rebel didn’t say, is that Ole Miss won’t.

Not a single SEC championship!
It's even worse than that: Ole Piss with their "SEC West Co-Champions" BS has a better SEC resume than the Aggies since they ran away in fear of their big bro.
Let that sink in, Ags. Ole Miss with a fake SECW championship has a better SEC record than your team.

Negatory, sir. That was the Chick-fil-A Bowl held in the Georgia Dome.

18 CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS
LSU would have 40+ in those conferences. SEC is just different baw. Look at how close LSU, UGA, Tennessee are in CCs. Then AU, UF not too far behind.
