Seriously same problem Bebe had his last year or so at LSU, Coordinators typically don’t have the 80 million dollar buyouts efc. (My dad was a college OC and damn good one, but he retired when his good friend and HC was fired, (even though more for off field issues and though he was offered new OC spot)
Coordinators don’t want to hitch their sails to a possible sinking shite, and are typically very careful about this.
