Keep the bowls coming. Make it so that if there's losing teams they play each other at legion field or somewhere of the sort.
Still gives teams more practice, lets them travel and play a different opponent, motivates them to get somewhere less shitty, gives me more football to watch

Make the 12th game a playoff game. Losers go to bowls and winners continue in playoffs.
