LOL! The U of A best not bring in a Wade or Pearl type that will draw scrutiny from the NCAA. It's not worth it. We have too much to lose and most Bama fans feel the same way. Win some games but don't do anything to drag the dept into the spot light. And you can't win big time without cheating or at least an SEC team can't.

My point is that unless we have a wicked recruiting class and a number of (pun intended) balls bounce our way, we won't make ANY habit out of selling it out. Our current enrollment increase even since 2007+ is going to help a lot over time.
What we have going for us is that WHEN things are good, people will get out of their houses a time or two per season to go check out the scene due to having little to do here otherwise. If we can be consistent for longer than half a season... and if we could put a few seasons that end well together consistently, we have the ability to be a household name in that sport. We just aren't there yet.

Bama fans are like UGA fans. They don't give many shites about CBB. Neither do most fans, really, CBB is just a distraction for most fans until CFB season. UK, Vandy and Mizzou might be exceptions (TN might pretend), but most SEC fan bases don't really give a shite about CBB. CFB is the only SEC sport that really matters.
