If Young skips the bowl game, and I wouldn't blame him, and if Milroe plays most of the game, we will lose if it's a decent opponent.
I expect Simpson to be the starting qb by the 3rd game next season, but would expect Milroe in the bowl game.

Milroe has a lot of Hurts in him
He just needs to be coached up on the passing side of things and I don't think O'Brien is the one to get him there
Look at Hurts now, chance to be MVP of league
Riley might be the best QB coach in the country

LOL. It's an insult to suggest Milroe will ever be as good as Hurts, who ideally would have been given a redshirt year (Milroe is in his 2nd year), but was a tirelss worker to get better. Hurts was SEC offensive player of the year his true freshman year. Milroe is a poor man's Jayden Daniels and that isn't a compliment.

At least Milroe is willing to throw the ball downfield. JD5 is scared to throw over the deep middle or deep seam. I've never seen anything like it and it is frustrating. I would rather 2 or 3 interceptions over the middle than the non throw sack or the misread RPO fumble scoop and score.
We would have lost to Arkansas had JD5 not tackled the guy who scooped his fumble.

Yeah. That is frustrating to watch for any fan of any team.
I'd rather have Daniels, anyway, than Milroe.
Word is that Sims is pretty impressive for a true freshman, and hopefully he'll keep improving. I have zero confidence in Milroe.

If they beat Georgia, they are.

Why would a 2 loss Bama want to play a 4 loss Lsu in the Sugar Bowl?
No upside to giving them their 5th loss.

Well that can’t happen, since the B12 and SEC champ is going to the playoff, the second place teams from both confs have to play in it.
I think it would be better for Tenn and KSU and send Bama to the orange to play Clemson or UNC

Pay attention bud.
- If LSU beats Georgia, they are going to the Sugar Bowl.
- they would have 3 losses, not 4.
- the Sugar Bowl takes the SEC Champion (as long as they are not in the playoffs).
- Alabama would not play in the Sugar Bowl

Bama needs to go to the Liberty Bowl. Just for kicks.
