I thought the dude died. Why the heck would someone keep doing this?

Thank goodness we don’t play there this year.

There are two whistlers and neither of them died. Another vandy “super fan” died.

Ahh thanks. Unfortunate.

I thought Mintzy killed him there for a second.

Started watching but could only take a few minutes of it.

The whistling frick actively drives people away from watching his team.

I went when Southeastern played there years ago and it was as miserable as you can imagine every pitch.

One of them has a son that's battling cancer or something. He didn't die. It was another super fan.

This is true. He makes the game unwatchable.

My personal hell would be Dick Vitale doing a Vanderbilt baseball game.

Jeff Pack and Preacher Franklin(the two whistlers) are alive and well. Franklin's good friend and road game companion, Goose Jones, died.

I’m so glad we don’t have a whistler at our games. I’m having a hard time watching their game today with that obnoxious shite.

The Vandy right fielder had to run to the foul line to catch a fly ball, it hit him in the head. According to the Rant only Jobert could not catch that ball. Apparently not.

That has to negatively affect recruiting right?

If I went to visit for a game I would cross them off in 5 seconds.

And Billy Packer doing color. Those two drove me away from college basketball way before the referees did.

They’ve had a Whistler since the mid-00’s. Doesn’t seem to have impacted recruiting.
