There are only a few college football programs capable of building dynasties.

Thus far, Alabama is the only program that has built a dynasty in the SEC. We will find out if UGA will join that exclusive club in one week.

One back to back is not a dynasty.

Two titles don’t equal a dynasty. You need at least three.

This.
Army had back-to-back national championships in the mid-40s and were never heard from again.

Georgia wins 1 championship in 40 years of getting clapped and their fans come here talking about dynasties

Not true. Back-to-back is the hardest thing to do in college football by far.

Winning or losing one game does not a dynasty make or unmake.

Sure.
But that still doesn't make it a dynasty.

LSU can’t sustain enough continued success to ever have a shot at back-to-back. Whenever you win it’s a fluke. You’re a slightly more successful Auburn. Kirby has actually built a program. We will be in position for a 3-pete next year.

depends on what you mean by dynasty.
I would argue since 2000, LSU and Alabama have been the only "dynasty" programs in the SEC able to build multiple championship winners. Difference, LSU has done it with 3 coaches, Bama with 1.
Hell UGA has a mulligan Natty... This is the their chance for a legit title.

I would argue a back to back heisman winner would be harder

Lol winning three nattys over the course of 20 years is not a dynasty. Too far apart.

LSU has sustained success just fine. It took UGA 40 years to win another title. You don’t go from perennial chokers to a dynasty in 2 years, sorry.
If UGA wins 3 titles in a 5-6 year span, then you can start having that conversation

Dude, for the love of OSU missed FGs, please stop starting so many threads.

It's getting easier to pull for TCU.
