From what I understand it was in the late 90s when he was with Kentucky.
Mississippi State and Kentucky have played each other every year since first expansion.

Re Leach as a HC in the SEC, there was an article in S.I. before he was hired at Wash. St.that basically said he was a university administration's nightmare. He disliked boosters, hated having to suck up, did not get along with faculty and made more enemies than friends in the universities he worked. Then there is his famous whacky personality, his pirate fetish being a small part of it. Even Finebaum of all people said similar things.

It’s common. Also ineffective as a psychological ploy now since players wear pink for a whole month.

I can confirm. I never get the image of Mike Archer taking a shite in the open reading a newspaper. LSU visiting locker room was a close second as the worst.

Trust me, this is a better set up then what State had. Just picture 2 toilets from the 1950s propped d up on a ledge in a walkway between 2 rooms in the locker room. I don’t think prison bathrooms at the state penitentiary had it worse then that shitty locker room.
(Had 2 trips to Starkvegas in the early 90s...)
