You said "hugging the borders, desperately trying to escape the state". Which is what Im telling you is false. Its false because the population on the east side is shrinking, while the St Louis MISSOURI county side is increasing. Why? Because the people who you claim are trying to escape are moving to the Missouri side. Exactly opposite of that you said.
Now you're trying to change what you said to half of the metro lives on the other side. I believe roughly 1/4 of the metro population lives on the Illinois side. Far from half.
Also look at the map YOU posted. Look at all the activity on the missouri side compared to the Illinois side. You must also think most of cincinnati metro lives in kentucky

Just last week over 100,000 St. Louisianans delivered a petition to the government of Illinois asking that that state annex the entire city. Dude, if you can’t keep up with the news don’t post on a message board. It isn’t difficult to stay informed, at least make an attempt.
