As the OP says, I'm just glad the truth has come out.
Dak was arrested for "confusion," not for DUI. And all Moo State people will pay good money to watch an attorney get him off.

It is poor, but mostly only 3rd world poor (like you are talking about) in the delta. The rest of MS is actually very hilly and beautiful... And there actually is A LOT of money in MS. Another example of bad advice as the officer will just go get a blood warrant and they will then draw your blood. Now you get a DUI refusal, automatic suspension of your DL, and the officer has his blood evidence.
