I have 3 boys. Alternated coaching all 3 as long as they played. I couldn't you tell how many moms I had to tell, "little Johnny is not going to play SS". Most of the time I tried to hide little Johnny in right field where no one hit it.

If Schnall didn't take the SC job, a lot of folks thought Meade was the backup plan. He was an assistant here, as well.
