Normally, there is an ancient Aggy "curse" where A&M starts the season strong and then it all comes falling down in October.
I think this season is where that all ends.

Let's sneak a peek at their schedule:

Albino Christian - W
North Texas - W
Colorado - L
@Arkansas - L
@Miss State - L

They will rack up a 3 loss streak early in the season so the usual embarrassing collapse won't have to happen this season.

Congrats to all Aggies.

I fricking hate Aggy, and even I know they’ll MAYBE lose one of those games.

You’re trying too hard for being so “new”.

I don’t see any reason they don’t win all of those games. Maybe I’m in the minority but I think the Ags have a really nice season.

Even A&M thinks this guy is an awkward loser.

it all comes falling down in October.

Fisher’s teams have fared better than Sumlin’s in that regard; I wouldn’t characterize their end of season performances as “collapses.”

The past couple of years—from October forward—the Aggies have gone:

2018: 6-2 (L = @ #16 State, @ #25 Auburn)
2019: 5-3 (L = #1 Alabama, @ #4 Georgia, @ #2 LSU)

I disagree with your 2020 Texas A&M predictions, but to each his own.

I respect your disagreement. I just wanted to talk trash about SEC sports and football season is the closest season at this point...

I would dearly love to beat Aggie but they have some mystical power over Arkansas at the moment. It would be one thing if all the games were blow outs... but they haven't been. We've found the most asinine ways to lose to them humanly possible.

Even the worst coach in the history of Arkansas football and a contender for the Mt. Rushmore of all time bad coaches in the SEC managed to lose a close and heartbreaking game to them.
