I distinctly remember him losing to fricking Wyoming his last year. At home. And Wyoming’s coach still got fired.

If he takes over and goes 0-8 in SEC play, can anyone really say it would have been any different under Pruitt?

Reunion tours seem so forced and desperate.

Admittedly, I was one of the many who thought that Fulmer should have been fired following the 2008 season and I still stand by that.

The Vols have proven they can’t go outside to hire a coach with a rich pedigree. Gruden, Gundy, Brohm. Nope. Nope. Nope.

Lol, they missed on a lot more than that.

And then there's this one from Knoxville Sentinel writer
John Adams. Adams masks his call for Phat Phil to
save the day, so you can take it either way. The
"We Want Phats" chant is growing louder in the desolate,
barren Land of Orange.

Cutcliffe may have should have got the job to start with. Or was that when he had health issues? I can’t remember but I do remember thinking he was the logical choice.

ETA. Was it Lane and then Dooley? Hell I can’t keep them straight there has been so much turnover
