Obviously has no balls. Serious question are you a woman? You say that all the other schools in the conference can’t operate under one set of rules while LSU doesn’t , but you conveniently leave out the hypocrisy of many other schools in the conference doing the same things without the same set of consequences. Your own school played an NBA player without SEC approval. Or did the SEC give Bama the approval for that guy to play? Bottom line is Sankey is a clown and needs to be replaced . What should LSU do just accept the fact that Sankey and the SEC turn a blind eye to any school not named LSU , and that LSU shouldn’t challenge the SEC on an NCAA approved ruling? You sound like you are talking out of both sides of your mouth to me

All because you can't admit and take your penalties for the actions.
Kicking you out is the right choice the longer this goes on.
I've held my thoughts, until this.
What rule DID LSU BREAK to accept penalties?
And you Bama jackass (apologies to all other Bama fans), you keep droning on about the SEC filing suit because they feared LSU would try to prevent them from kicking them out. DO YOU REALIZE, YOU SISTER FRICKING MOUTH BREATHING TRAILER PARK TRASH that LSU's President sent a letter, DIRECTLY to the SEC office and Greg Sankey, that they would not interfere with the conference's wish to take a vote? in early SEPTEMBER? And here you are in October blowing smoke out your arse, entirely WRONG in your assertion. Want me to link the letter, dumbass?

Are you kidding me? They have made new rules for the congress legislation over the Kiffin hire. If and when that passes it will have the Lane Kiffin rule on coaching hires during the season. Did y'all break the rules? Maybe not, but you still don't get it do you??
Maybe not, or not? And you're suggesting this is about LSU hiring Kiffin at the time they did and not to do with the players? Why won't the SEC simply come out and say that then and then we can have that discussion? You do realize there was another SEC school attempting to do the exact same thing, right? Is that school being reprimanded for almost breaking rules but not really, too?
I guess I still don't get it. Can you clarify?

No, I don't get any of what you said. Can you repeat it in English?

This is the key. A lot of very low IQ people in regards to this matter, and it's always bama fans that want LSU kicked out. For what? For not breaking the rules?
And in order for there to be a lawsuit, and to be a defendant, you must show harm. LSU is not suing the SEC. The SEC is suing LSU. LSU has not broken the SEC Rule, which we are all forgetting, was created AFTER Kiffin inquired about signing Harris and the other guy. So the SEC is suing LSU for breaking a rule, that they did not break. A rule they created AFTER LSU intended to sign the 2 players. SEC/Sankey then created that rule and intends to sue/expel LSU now, for breaking a rule that was not in existence, and that they DID NOT BREAK.
And bama fans are so frightened of LSU that they'd rather see LSU expelled for not breaking any rules. And the supreme hypocrisy of it all, is BAMA did in fact, break these exact rules by signing Charles Bediako, who after 2 years at bama, spent 3 years in the g-league before coming back to bama. Which, a Alabama court ruled eligible agains the SEC and Sankeys wishes.
So, again, anyone, if you have a shred of intelligence, consistency, and rational thought, explain how LSU is wrong, and SEC/Sankey/Bama is right?

BAMA is not one of the teams leading the charge to kick you out.
TN, GA and UM are reportedly the top teams pushing it.

Don’t let your blind hate for LSU football and the corrosion of your mind dumb you down any further than you have already gotten!

I have not seen any of this in a good faith, logical counter to "LSU did nothing wrong" or "LSU isn't being treated differently than other schools that recruited / rostered / played these players."

I think because most here haven't looked into this other than headlines and just assume that since the conference is reacting so harshly, that this must somehow be different.

And the big 10 and Michigan just brought back 2 players today
The secis in the slow lane doing 10 mile below the speed limit just waving evereryone around w/ out a care in the world.
Sankey just jou handed a plate of shite on the CFP expansion
He lost in court in Louisiana and will lose again in Federal Court.
Sankey is the issue not LSU

And so far, all I'm seeing is whataboutism rather than anyone addressing the actual issue.
You should actually read the court filings and pay attention to the motion to dismiss and not the vagaries of the initial filing and the vagaries of the SEC response before you post the fallacy out your assumptions.

ATTENTION ALL RANT MEMBERS:
THEBALLGUY & NIGHT VISION are retarded old fat bald fricks. They don't even hate Lane or LSU, they just simp for it because right now hating on Lane is the thing to do.
these two posters are low mental regurgitating pukes. The bulk of both of their activity on the Rant is stupid AI slop.
The best comparison for these two: that nasty drunk old man who hangs out in public bathroom offering $5 blow jobs in the back stall.

LSU attempted to bring former NFL players back into college football despite SEC rules prohibiting it. When the conference objected, the dispute ended up in federal court. Just yesterday, the SEC opposed LSU's attempt to have the lawsuit dismissed, raising concerns about institutional control and the conference's authority to enforce its rules.
LSU wasn't the only SEC team looking at "former" NFL players. Wright even said he had MULTIPLE SEC teams contact him.
Yes, LSU filed a motion to have the lawsuit dismissed because 15 presidents voted to have the suit dropped and the SEC, STANKEY, decided not to drop it because he wanted an apology.
Concerns about institutional control and conference authority??? What did the SEC say... "don't roster these players". What did LSU do?? They didn't roster the players. I think "conference authority" implies that Stankey is the boss, but doesn't he work for the school presidents?? So by him NOT dismissing the lawsuit after it was voted on, really points to him overstepping his authority, which doesn't belong to him. Sounds like the presidents are being used.
