Mizzou qualified for and attended their bowl game and brought home a check we all share. They contributed.

I’d look around and find a program who could have brought us a check but wimped out. If a program contributes nothing, in any sport , then that’s the one to boot.

How is Memphis a larger media market than the entirety of Missouri? Memphis is an afterthought to UT.

Re: kicking out Vandy. No way. Vandy is a charter member of the SEC with a great baseball program;

Vandy isn't even in the top 3 fanbases in Nashville. It's an SEC town without them.

We already have the TVs in Memphis.

Nobody wants Tiger High in the SEC. It’s a commuter school

Adding Memphis would not result in any gains in the Memphis media market. It's already dominated by the SEC.

I suspect that more Memphians tune into Ole Miss and Vol games than tune into Memphis games.

The SEC should have never added Missouri or expanded west past Arky. We don’t need any further expansion. JMO.

There are more VOLS fans in Nashville than there are Vandy fans in the world

Fully agree. Just another symptom of college footballs March towards shite

Money is #1. Some people say “it’s always been about money” but not like this. Money used to be a primary concern, but not the only one.

Leave Mizzou alone. As I have been saying for the past 11 years now, the Mules are going to turn it all around and become one of the SEC’s most stable athletic programs. Any year now. You just wait.

Yeah, remember back in the day when an athlete was thrilled to get a scholarship because he knew his education expenses were going to be paid? And they stayed around for four years and most of them graduated? Ah, those were the days.
