The way the regionals and super regional pairings are playing out so far based on who is in regional finals with 0 losses is pretty interesting.
If all drivers seat teams won their regionals then super regional pairings looks like this:
Cal Poly v Kentucky
8 Florida v Little Rock
5 UNC v 12 Texas A&M *I bet on UNC +1300 to win it all so highly likely they choke sooner than later
Ole Miss v Milwaukee
*In bracket 1 of Omaha 4/4 SEC teams
2 Georgia Tech v 15 Kansas
7 Alabama v St John’s
6 Texas v 11 Oregon
3 Georgia v 14 Mississippi State
*In bracket 2 of Omaha 3/4 SEC teams
A record breaking 7/8 teams in the CWS this year will be SEC teams

Don’t count your chickens we still have an inning to play and Mike is still coaching us

Alabama better take care of business tonight. I don’t feel good about a winner take all game tomorrow.

Like chicken tenders
said you can’t count chickens before they hatch
But gumps are set up as good as anyone on road to Omaha right now. The way Okie Lite has looked in first 2 games Bama’s looking at Upstate in regional final who’d have to beat you twice and a super regional matchup at home v St John’s/Northern Illinois.
Kentucky would maybe be biggest surprise Omaha qualifier. If Cal Poly in drivers seat could avoid losing to the faux #1 tonight and tomorrow then I would think Kentucky will host that super against Cal Poly which would be quite a shock considering they were prob the last team in the field. I imagine Cal Poly is too small to get the super host bid.

0-2
Tennessee (East Carolina 3-7 & VCU 4-5)
1-1
Arkansas (Missouri State 9-5 & Kansas 3-5)
Auburn (Milwaukee 8-13 & NC State 17-13)
Oklahoma (The Citadel 8-3 & Georgia Tech 3-9)
1-0
Ole Miss (Arizona State 7-6/14 & Nebraska 6-3 susp T9)
2-0
Alabama (Alabama State 21-3 & South Carolina Upstate 7-5)
Florida (Rider 8-7 & Miami 22-10)
Georgia (Long Island University 18-2 & Liberty 6-2)
Kentucky (Wake Forest 6-5 & West Virginia 11-9)
Mississippi State (Lipscomb 10-1)
Texas (Holy Cross 19-1 & Tarleton State 16-2)
Texas A&M (Lamar 7-5 & Texas State 17-2)
So the SEC has 8 of it's 12 participants undefeated with Ole Miss likely to move to 2-0 barring a 9th inning implosion vs the corn. All told we only have 5 losses with Tennessee representing 40% of them by themselves.
Really the only embarrassing results have been Milwaukee over Auburn and Tenner going 2-n-Q. Arkansas vs full tilt leaded Kansas is a push and Oklahoma losing to Georgia Tech is fully expected.

Talk about a Cinderella… They could win out all the way to Omaha and still have a losing record

With A&M’s pitching situation doubt they get past UNC regardless. It will be interesting to watch

Cal Poly v Kentucky
Cal Poly did renovate their press box couple seasons ago
Kentucky will have Cliff Hagan Stadium flashbacks if they have to travel out West -
