Pretty funny when you consider Texas’ entry into the SEC will relegate LSU to the bottom tiers of everything.

Yeah, that won’t happen. Bama entrenches itself more firmly in the backseat with an aging coach who can’t develop talent anymore, Kirby can’t coast on an easy SEC east schedule anymore, Ole Miss is led by an overhyped coach who has never even won his division, and Texas won’t be able to coast either.

I wanted to hate them, I really did. We'd been warned by all the old big12 and big8 schools, so I was ready to pile on. But their posters, for the most part, seem to internet well and their constant belittling of A&M is funny. Count me in.

Same here. When they first announced Texas was coming to the SEC I was 100% against the idea because they've ruined other conferences. The whole A/c deal, sticking our fans way up in the nosebleeds was chicken shite and I couldn't stand em. Then their fans joined here. it's hard to hate a fanbase that pisses aggy off as bad as they do and they have good posters. Looking forward to a competitive rivalry with them in the big 3 sports. And Texas women are fine af, so that helps.

Both statements true. No lies detected.

This football season is going to be extra spicy..

Absolutely going to happen. Texas’ money, recruiting, brand is going to come at LSU’s expense. You guys can’t compete with the addition of Texas and OU.

This coming from an Aggie. Dickrode Texas & painted how dire the situation is growing at A&M in one sentence.

How so?

You keep saying this but can't seem to back it up with any tangible reasoning and logic.

It's mostly projection, as the entire country has already surmised that this will happen to a&m once Texas joins and overshadows them.

Watch him reply with "your public stupidity and ignorance noted...". Get your rant bingo cards ready!

Morons at A&M said that when they joined the SEC. They don’t realize that football schools with traditions in the south will sacrifice everything for a football team. Especially one with no in state rival.

Texas recruiting likely won’t go back to how bad it was pre 2017 ish, but you’re kidding yourself if they’re going to kill LSU’s recruiting. Only so much talent to fit on a roster, the transfer portal, and NIL will be regulated soon enough.

Texas usually brings in higher classes than LSU anyway, it isn't like LSU has been consistently recruiting better than Texas.

I'm confused about what is actually supposed to change, LSU brought in 13 of the top 15 players in Louisiana this year, that's with NIL being nuts, Texas being good, and entering the SEC as well.

2025 is also shaping up to be a really good class for LSU.

And LSU is like 8-9 vs Texas historically, it isn't like Texas has dominated LSU historically like they have their little brother.

Oklahoma will have little to no impact on LSU.

They both hate A&M. Plus a lot of tshirt Texas fans couldn’t get into the school and went to LSU instead. Not that hard to do

Doesn’t A&M have an admittance rate of over 70%?

Can you imagine a Texas fan attending A&M? That would be like a Bama Fan going to Auburn …

I will be the first to admit, the Texas-Texas A&M hatred is a whole next level thing. Only thing I have ever remotely seen as close is Alabama-Auburn. With no in-state rival, it is very hard to understand as an LSU fan. We hate everyone (to include our own team).
