Outside of conference fan exposure, I'd bet there are no more than maybe 5 truly recognizable fight songs to the slightly more than to above average college football fan on a national scale:
1. Hail to the Victors- UM
2. Rocky Top - UTk
3. FIGHT ON - USCw
4. Boomer Sooner - OU
5. Maybe - Anchors Away: Navy; easily recognizable, but it's a stretch to think of service academies as truly being D1 national football brands. Great traditions and an awesome last game of the year environment, but it's a different category in my mind.

Rocky Top, ND's fight song and USC (Trojans) fight song are basically the only fight songs random casuals know. The others (including our own Down the Field are either derivative of ND's fight song or too similar to each other/forgettable.)
