We all know that Rocky Top is nothing more than a Mountains trash anthem. These buttchuggers in their butt drunkenness think it's "cool" or something. Which shouldn't be surprising from a group of people who think swallowing up copious amounts of Natty Light with their assholes is a good idea.

I've always considered USC, ND, and Michigan to be the Big Three of fight songs.
Personally, I like Ramblin' Wreck as well.

I love the song rocky top being played over and over. It lets me scout out which fans yell out "woh" during the song. Any person who yells out "woh" during rocky top would doesn't mind to bend over a barrel and get shown the 50 states.

There is no best fight song...
But the most iconic is easily Michigan...Hail to the Victors...
Dick Schapp used to tell a story about how he was riding the train one time and this guy was humming Hair to the Victors and he said, "Oh you went to Michigan?" And the guy said, "no - I just love college football."
Also Notre Dame and USC's Conquest (not the fight song but the song you hear all game long) are more iconic than Tennessee. USC is the only band that can go into a foreign place (like they did Auburn in 2003) and all you hear is USC's band during the game... LINK

We don't really think about Rocky Top that much. It's a song from history that we almost never hear anymore.

I agree with you. Rocky Top is just some annoying bit that Tenn plays 500 times per quarter.

Anyone who thinks that boring garbage is better than rocky top is obviously tone death and has no soul.
100,000 plus singing rocky top in unison will NEVER be matched by another CFB team. Anyone claiming otherwise is straight up hating and in denial.
