We just have an arse load of kids in our state across a lot of schools and are still spread thin. I wonder how many Texas kids have gone out of state to other SEC schools since we joined the conference, or if they just stay home.

DFW growth is very much a source of University of Arkansas growth.

25% of University of Arkansas' enrollment of 30,936 in Fall 2022 is from Texas. 7,881 students from Texas go to Arkansas.

Links to information are great.

By comparison, A&M is over 5,500 acres and accommodates about 10k more students. It really is city feel vs college town when Texas kids decide between the 2.

Auburn's main campus is about 1,800 acres for an enrollment of roughly 31k. A good portion of it is undeveloped. It's not a crowded campus. Plus, they have other holdings for research, including a 3,200 acre site between Auburn and Montgomery.

OU has an enrollment of 31,000 not 21,000.
