Trump's Department of Education could have cleaned up all this shite by now, using Title IX as it was designed.

To our muh slavery was the only motive for the Civil War, explain the fact that the US House of Representatives, which had no Southern reps during the war, voted down passage of the 13th Amendment in 1864. It did not pass it till the following year as the war was winding down.
Do explain this. Oh, and while you are at it, explain why Oregon voted to keep Blacks out of its territory.

I agree it is about Marxism, but it is ALSO very much about race, for non White race is the new "working class" of Marxism. The White working class failed to accept their wonderful revolutionary ways, so the Left moved on to find new pets, and in the US, they are the Blacks, and the Latinos. This is why it is now ok to topple statues of Jefferson and Washington and even to vandalize Lincoln's statue, or that of any White man really, including Ahnold.

Why don’t you support female athletes? Why do you think it’s appropriate to give college scholarships for female sports to biological males? Why are women’s sports even necessary if there isn’t a biological difference between testosterone during adolescence and no testosterone during adolescence? If that’s the case, why would t all sports be mandatory co-Ed with required numbers of each gender?
You know why. There’s a difference between males and females biologically that make it nearly impossible for too female athletes to compete with top male athletes. Hell, most top female athletes can’t compete with average male athletes.
So you believe that females have no need of equal access to scholarships, athletic honors, competing in olympics, championships, etc so that trans females who developed biologically with the clear advantage of significantly higher testosterone levels can take those limited number of opportunities?
I don’t care how you identify or dress but I do care when an entire generation of female athletes aren’t protected by the same anti-discrimination others are demanding.

You're still making these weak assed revisionist history arguments, that only assholes like you believe, damn near 100% percent of historians have opined that the Civil War was mostly about the confederacy wanting a slave-ocracy
Dude give it up, the CW was about slavery, hell - zero to one hundred, with zero being the CW had nothing to do with slavery, most intelligent folks would put that grade in the high 90s if they had to assign a numerical weight as to slavery's role in the War being fought
Oregon voting to keep Blacks out is about SEGREGATION, not slavery, segregated and free is on a different level than a slave-ocracy which is what the loser confederacy wanted

Get ready. If the Connecticut girls track Title IX case makes it to the SCOTUS, the logic behind Gorsuch's decision in the Bostock Title IX case will require ending the division of sports based upon sex. Women's sports are on borrowed time.

The divide is upon us and it's time for conservatives to take a stand. Men participating in women's sports violates NCAA values in support of women's sports. Every university that supports women's sports should contact the NCAA in opposition to the request by these "advocacy" groups. Where are the advocacy groups in support of women's rights? That deafening silence is the lack of support by liberal progressives for women's rights in favor of their higher purpose: the brainwashing of our society.
