Have you ever seen a movie trailer that looks absolutely fantastic only to get to the theater and find out the movie sucks? This is the kind of disappointment I see in the OP's future.

Just because Ohio St wasn't good enough to do it the year before.
Both years BAMA has been to the BCSCG/CFP without winning the SEC the team that did win the SEC (LSU, UGA) also made the BCSCG/CFP. Just happened that the 2 best teams in 2011 were in the SEC West. In 2017 two of the four best teams were in the SEC.
Compare that to Ohio St not only not winning their division/conference but the fact that the team that did win their conference (Penn St) was NOT in the CFP. Now that was a travesty.

If Tua is healthy, LSU will be at least two touchdown underdogs. Given Alabama's propensity for covering I would never bet on LSU. Put another way, if LSU wins this game it will be by no more than a field goal whereas a 21 point Alabama win would surprise no one. Not even most LSU fans.

LSU will dominate this game from the start. The dynamic will be different this year. Bama has played nothing but cupcakes to this point. I'm not even that concerned to be honest with you.
