Why isn't Starkville on the map?

I'm sure it is. Our defense matches up well there's no use denying it. Accept your new Mississippi overlords.

And tell me when 3 schools have been relevant in Alabama? When players who would be your second string decide to go to Southern to be first string, it hurts your program. Same is true for UAB in Alabama.

Bama is going to kill Ole Miss...by at least three TDs. Bama is starting to hit their stride.

I think State has a decent shot against Texas A&M because the game is at home. State's biggest weakness (pass defense) happens to be the Aggies biggest strength (pass offense).

I am not ready to make a prediction on that game just yet.

Ole Miss and State are getting good talent now. The decline of Auburn, LSU, and Alabama is imminent. Well, LSU is already there. Our third string team beat them last season.

Nobody's defense matches up well with Alabama. They have more weapons than anyone in the country.

So you have a 2nd half win against a team that went to 3 OTs with Kentucky. Great job.

Ole Miss is much better than Florida.

If our DBs would ever learn to turn their damn heads around and find the ball, this would be true. As of right now, our CBs are a weak spot.

We had already been exposed as a fraud by South Carolina.

And the biggest difference between that year and this, is that you haven't scheduled a team with a pulse yet.

I do think you have a better team this year. The fact that you are going this deep into the season without a quality opponent is going to hurt you.

We were leading at halftime and even when we were behind 14-7 we never felt in any danger. Take away the uncharacteristic turnovers, the game is along the lines of 56-0/7.

Also, Ole Miss has played the following:
Boise State
Vandy
ULL

Florida, WVU and FAU are better than all of them. Your team is in for quite a shock when they actually play a team with a pulse.

South Carolina and Boise were similar. Average defenses, pretty good offenses. Our OLine was way way worse in 09 if you can believe it.

Those games have given us the ability to get our 3rd string good game time experience. The last two games, Bo has his baseball cap on after the first possession of the 3rd quarter.

This is no longer required.

Our budgets dwarf theirs.
