Tenner-C has been sanctioned by the NCAA more than any other school the last 10-15 years. Do yall still ignore the Pruitt years or nah.

Yes, because both of them already said it on national television. Theres no proof of wrongdoing by LSU or your daddy, CLK, and thats why the SEC moved the court case. The judge asked for proof to support their claims and they couldn't provide it.

If you are going to quote something, at least get it correct. Rousse said "the season".

Your gotcha isn't what you thought it was.

LSU follows the rules like everyone else, but we're the only one that bent the knee. GTFO

It is moot and if the SEC persists then LSU will sue them in federal court in Louisiana. 2 can play the court game.

That’s the problem so the issue isnt moot. They can still try and roster them next year

Ah yes. We cannot wait for season 2 of SEC hypocrisy and stupidity.

It is also now confirmed that he and Sankey spoke Friday.

How will I ever recover?

It depends on the lift. To recover from a deadlift, you simply lower the bar. For a squat, you rise from the bottom of the squat until you return to the knees locked out position to end the repetition. Recovery means to return to the starting position of the lift.

You may have variations on what the "top" of your lift looks like, however. To maximize the time under tension ("TUT") in a squat, for example, a lifter may rise only until the leg muscles are nearly minimally engaged (at the standing position), then immediately lower back down and repeat the process until the set is done. This is to maximize the tearing of the muscle and is useful in building volume and mass.

For field or other explosive sports, however, volume is not generally the focus. For sports like football and olympic lifting, which require extreme explosiveness for short durations, you will generally train the technique and the speed of the lift.
