Stick with your failed defense of Joe Paterno it is obvious you don't know what the hell you are talking about when it comes to football.

It was an interception. He was juggling the ball as he went to the ground.

Quit crying about it.

Feel free to have heaping helping of that helpless stomach sickness that LSU fans felt when bama was given the ball after Patrick Peterson

Only Bama wasn't robbed on this one cause the BOTH refs on the goal line made the right call the instant it happened.

I think the right call was made, but I'll say this. If it's called a catch on the field, I wouldn't have seen it getting overturned.

People need to quit spreading this misinformation. You dont know what you're talking about. Had they said the replay was inconclusive you would be right. However they confirmed the ruling meaning there was conclusive evidence in favor I the ruling on the field.

Definitely was...Doesn't matter about simultaneous possession. Reid had the ball when they hit the ground.

Go look for another excuse...

For the butt hurt elephants that think they should have had the ball on the 1, look at the rules. They require the receiver to maintain control through the fall to the ground. I gooGled the rule and here is an example rule decision:

Airborne receiver A85 possesses the ball and in the process of going to the ground, first contacts the ground with his left foot as he falls to the ground inbounds.  Immediately upon hitting the ground, the ball comes loose and touches the ground.  Ruling:  Incomplete pass.  An airborne receiver must maintain control of the ball if going to the ground in the process of completing a catch.

Thus, even if he had the ball, wasn't fighting Reid for it, and didn't bobble it, he lost it when Hit the ground and Reid then possessed it without it ever hitting the ground.

By the way, PP7 only needed one of his two feet in.

Receiver starts to lose control before he hit the ground. Bottom line is this, If the ball would have popped out after that it would be an incomplete pass. The fact that it ended up in a LSU players hands makes it an interception.
