Dave Hart will be forming a search committee soon and Derek Dooley will be taking over the special teams at Alabama in 2013. They need a new approach. Bobby Williams isn't cutting it.

my biggest fear is replacing Dooley with another Dooley setting the program back another 5 years. find a proven home run replacement first, then let Dooley go.

I don't think Bobby Williams will ever be without a job on Saban's staff. I'd love to have Dooley as a water boy or film room assistant though.

Dooley is shite. If we keep him, we can count on breaking records for the number of empty seats next year.

I find it extremely unlikely we get someone as incompetent and embarrassing as Dooley. He may be the worst coach Tennessee has ever had.

The point is they found a real one, and it wasn't by hanging on to incompetent losers.

I don't care how any other fans spin it, Jon Gruden would be a grand slam.

DuBose, Francione, Price (?), Shula - not sure if the order is correct and Bama fans generally seem to despise Shula but he stabilized things to where they could hire a great coach.

Again, if you can hire a great coach, do it now. Else, you would probably be better off another year with Dooley.
