Moderately harder? What is your point? Do your actually think LSU's win over A&M was more notable than Ohio state's over Michigan?

he entire SEC this year was LSU, Alabama, Auburn and Florida.

both Auburn and Florida are really overrated, and Alabama's defense was terrible

Bama should still be top 10 and Michigan for sure should have dropped more than 1 spot. It's a joke.

This is the truth. I understand Bama dropping out of the top 10, but Michigan sucks. They were embarrassed by Wisconsin and Ohio St. and went to OT with Army. Bama loses two games by a total of 8 points, and they’re suddenly Music City Bowl candidates. Wtf.

Based on tonight’s rankings of Wisconsin and Alabama, are you sure LSU is in with a loss to Georgia? Wisconsin has a loss to 6-6 Illinois and got demolished by Ohio State and is ranked eighth. Alabama lost by 3 at Auburn with a backup quarterback and has a 5-point loss to No. 2 LSU and fell 7 spots to 12. And that’s all to protect their Ohio State narrative.

I don’t trust this committee to be smart enough to count to 5.

Considering it actually was a freebie field goal that won the game, it is worth noting, but this wasn’t a championship year for Bama once fatass fell on Tua’s ankle in the UT game.

Your problem is you're only comparing losses. Wisconsin has beaten some decent-to-good teams. Bama, not so much.

It's fricking hilarious isn't it? LSU white-knighting for Bama!

The conventional wisdom is that LSU will still get in if they lose to Georgia over two one-loss power 5 conference champions, giving the SEC two teams in the playoffs, and you think they are disrespecting the SEC?

That conventional wisdom went out the window the minute they dropped LSU to 2 and put Bama in at 5, directly trailed by both PAC12 leaders.

SEC was never getting two teams in this year unless somehow Oregon, Utah, Oklahoma, and Baylor all lost again, or OSU/Clemson took an L.

It's rigged as shite, imo. It's like chess where they're trying to play several moves ahead of what's on the board but there are so few pieces on the board they end up telegraphing their moves before making them.

They’re building up that “Dabo, the poor little Bama boy that didn’t have a chance” script for the ESPN 30 for 30.

Wait a sec, what about all that “deserve” bullshite I heard for a month... you telling me if LSU drops a game to UGA, they “deserve” to get in ahead of a one loss conference champion... GTFO...

Also, the committee set these rankings just for the eventuality that LSU happens to lose Saturday... “down year for the SEC”...

Yes. One hung with one team for a half. One did not.

I fully expected OSU to be #1 this week again though

We beat State, Kentucky and Mizzou. Safe to say we'd beat Ark and OM as well. I know you don't want to admit it but we don't belong on that list. And to be fair, neither does Kentucky.

Alabama is a top 15 team this year, nothing to be ashamed about but nothing to write home about either.
