Its so funny to hear folks say this is it, Bama's dead, the end is near.
With Bama football the end will never be near. Yea, there were some lean years after Bryant (8-4, 9-2-1 etc)

The only thing that killed Bama football in the 2000s was the got damned NCAA. period. A lot of posters here are kids who grew up with Bama being sanctioned and thought this is their program. Oh, Shula was the coach because they thought he was the best. No , Shula was the coach because nobody would take that job with 53 players for 3 years, The older posters here know better and they know that when those crimson jerseys are across the field you better be strapped up and ready to play. No matter who the coach is. As Butch Davis said when he was the coach at Miami, when Bama calls you pick up the phone.

Yo, OP.

Deep, deep class so far homie.

8 top 100 players. That's almost half the class mofo.

4, five star players.

Number 1 JUCO wide receiver.

Number 1 JUCO linebacker.

And finally....

A combined thirteen, 4 and 5 star players inside the top 150. There's only one 4 star player outside of that. Just one OP.

Make peace with this most salient truth. Alabama has 17 recruits right now. 4 of them sit outside the top 150, nationally. Just 4.

Hey OP, could I trouble you to maybe start a thread about how Nick Saban hates his job and how he's lost his edge or some sorta shite like that?

Meanwhile, Auburn is currently sitting at #53 in the on3 rankings. I actually had to hit the "Load More" button to find them. And here's the truly sad thing: their NIL amount is given as $43,000 (I assume that's a per-player average). I had to go all the way up to Florida State, at #19, before I found a school that had a higher amount listed.

In other words, Auburn is throwing money at recruits, and they still aren't coming.

When the Boise 2 and 3 stars start rolling in, we'll see who has the last laugh!

They don't look to be close to be in the running for the #1 class this year. Alarm bells starting to go off in Tuscaloosa, bama fans?

But, but, but he amended his statement. He really meant the 2024 class. The 2023 class had a deep talent pool in Alabama to draw from.

4-star TE Ty Lockwood just flipped his commitment from Ohio State to Alabama. I think that gives us the #1 overall class on 247 Sports. Where you at, OP?

Alabama just flipped Ohio State tight end commit Ty Lockwood to take over the number one spot in the 247 recruiting rankings.

This thread is proof that Nick Saban reads the SECRant and hates Auburn fans.
