It’s hard to find college pitchers who can locate like that IMO. You’re either going to see a ton of walks or you’re going to see meatballs hit out of the stadium at ridiculous levels. College pitchers are in college for a reason. They’re not going to be painting corners consistently


The solution to this is not to have each umpire create their own zone that caters to high velo arms who cannot command the baseball
