The stadium basically just crammed as many seats close together and made them vertical. It seats a lot of people but it’s not even a top of 10 toughest places to play. You can say whatever you want but winning there isnt that hard and A@M has just been a consistently average program. Most of the stadiums are actually making It better for the fans and removing seats to make it a more enjoyable environment. Wider seating and WiFi for the whole stadium is becoming the trend. Oklahoma actually lost 1-2 k seats this year b caus or similar upgrades. I will also add I have seen a lot more empty seats at their stadium this year. People get sick of being mediocre.

Went in 2016 and it is easily the quietest 100k OAT. Don’t know if it’s stadium design or the weird yelling shite they do in comparison to literally every other fan base in existence, but it definitely doesn’t come across as loud.

Since when is 100,000+ figs intimidating to anyone? They're all there just to have one big circle jerk with the milk men leading the way. It's not intimidating at all. I've always said they have the 12th man bc just 11 leaves 1 man without a partner. Lol, a&m is fricking weird and it's not just a few people that believe that, it's every fricking body. I agree. They are a strange bunch and I say that having a few relatives that are graduates. The sad part is they really believe they are on the same level as any elite program because they have lots of money. They fail to realize you actually have to win conference and national championships. Their schedule is tough this year, but all of the pressure in the world will be on Jimbo to deliver 11+ wins and a trip to Atlanta next year. I just don't see him ever doing that there.

Kyle Field was a place that a freshman QB can March his team down the field and score. The Swamp not so much. Those two environments weren't even remotely similar. That crowd at Florida Field had AU rattled from the jump. That crowd at Kyle Field was a factor for about 5 minutes and that was it.

I remember freshman Mond had no problem going to the swamp and leading drives. I was there. It wasn’t near as loud as Kyle.
