That hasn't been true since the 80's. After cable tv folks could see for their selves that the South had always been better.

Tbh, if Larry Ellison is going to start buying players for Michigan, OSU is more fricked than anyone.

Sure thing, Jan. The big programs have all been paying for players for decades. Did you get a tattoo of Squeaky Clean?

No, no they aren’t.
Bjork recently texted a friend of his about how much OSU would be willing to pay Williams if he decided to bolt from Alabama.
Talk about hypothetical payouts is pretty much unregulated at this point.
Don't think for a moment that these sports agents don't realize that virtually every player with remaining eligibility is in reality a free agent.

I thought OP was one of you OSU fans. But here he is essentially riding Michigan’s dick
OP is not a fan of either, it's just a troll.

You know nothing of what you speak. Q. Judkins got a pay cut to go to OSU and he tried to crawl his way back.

Yeah, seems like ohio st had to vacate a sugar bowl because they were too big of a pussy to suspend players.

Disagree w OP. Yeah there will be schools that can buy talent but that ain’t enough to win ballgames. And that’s been proven time and again.
Mack Brown at Texas had a top 5 recruiting class virtually every year. Some good teams for sure but OU players were simply better coached and won most of those matchups.
Mack Brown was also accused of running a country club atmosphere. Not an insider so no idea if true, but no doubt there were some soft teams in that era.
Talent, coaching, culture, cohesion. Takes it all to win consistently.

Prior to NIL The SEC was by far the most corrupt conference when it came to recruiting & paying players.
The SEC had a distinct recruiting advantage because they ignored NCAA rules while the Ohio State's & Michigan's played by the rules.
In this NIL era the Ohio State's & Michigan's are now doing business like the SEC has done for decades, except OSU & UM have much deeper pockets.
That's why Caleb Downs and Quinshon Judkins are at Ohio State this year instead of Alabama & Ole Miss.
It's why Underwood is heading to Michigan instead of LSU.
NIL is the worst thing to ever happen to the SEC because the Squeaky Clean programs that were hamstrung for playing by the NCAA Rules are now able to play the same "pay to play" recruiting game that the SEC has owned for decades.
The Big Ten is taking over folks,
Don't shoot the messenger, it's just the Cold Hard Truth
It's not about how much money you have, it's about how much you are willing to spend.
And it's about spending it in the right places.

So sign stealing by Michigan isn’t breaking the rules ?? Your brain must be frozen.

Holy shite man, I thought your post over on the money board were awful, you come here and it's just as bad.

Both have cheated and will continue to do so.
The softness of the NCAA is the reason we have the portal and NIL.

If you think NIL is going to save the Big Ten you are wrong.
