Interesting only in that the SEC is the only P5 conference whose Big 6 all have been members for more than a decade (in fact, since the league's inception in 1933).
ACC: Pitt (joined 2013)
Big 12: West Virginia (joined 2012)
Big Ten: Nebraska (joined 2011)
PAC 12: Colorado (joined 2011)
That's because the SEC brought in garbage teams. If the SEC had brought in Nebraska, they would be the 2nd best team (historically) in the SEC, which is not up for debate (sorry).

How BAD is the ACC where the GnaTs are a "Big 6"?

KState, Oklahoma state, and TCU are all more accomplished in football than Michigan state, Colorado, Pitt, Oregon, Ga Tech and on par with plenty others on that list. What a fricking clown.
No. No they aren't. Except for Oregon who was basically nothing until the late 1990's.
Pitt, MSU, Colorado, and GT are all much more accomplished programs than that Big XII trash. Colorado themselves used to run all over two of those programs, homeslice.

TCU like any school in Texas needs a good coach.
They are Dutch Meyer and Gary Patterson.
Those really are the two coaches who have won there.
Historically I would compare TCU with a few schools who you listed.
They do have 2 claimed NC and a Heisman winner.
The Davey O'Brien Trophy?
Played the most impactful game in the state of Texas.
Thanks to Grantland Rice SWC was put on the map in 1935 when SMU played TCU.
SMU was invited to the Rose Bowl.
It being a road game and so far away is what created the Cotton Bowl. The Cotton Bowl soon became a NYD tradition.

Solid 3 there but who comes next? Okie State? Texas Tech? Neither of them are really that outstanding historically and are pretty even on paper as far as their all time records go. Then I guess you would have to put TCU next but they struggled for years until LaDainian Tomlinson. What a shitty conference!
Okie State at least won the Big 12. Texas Tech hasn’t won shite.

N.C. State has had some very good teams in the past 30 years. So has UNC.
I would put those programs ahead of Pitt.

UNC should replace Pitt as an ACC Big 6. As recently as 2015 UNC was a bad onside kick call from going to the CFB Playoffs. Tar Heels jump into the top ten every decade or so but always fall back. Mack will get the Heels back to the top of the college football world.

Pitt was a force back in the day
UNC, not so much

West Virginia gets an awful lot of national respect for really no reason.
West Virginia historically has had a pretty good football program. I read somewhere that it's the winningest program not to have won a national title through the poll/BCS/playoff eras, though they've sniffed a championship twice - in 1988 & 2007. (For perspective, the list of programs that have ever won even 1 title includes only about 30 total.)
This year I'll be rooting for Kelly Bryant to lead Mizzou to an SEC East title. But I'll say that y'all should count yourselves lucky to be getting WV this year - a transition year with a new coaching staff. It's a safe bet they'll be back soon with Neal Brown leading their program.
Heck, if I had any say in the matter, I wouldn't hesitate to invite WV into the ACC. They'd add a lot of value - winning football tradition, loyal fan base that travels well, solid basketball history with multiple Final Fours, state flagship university. It just sucks for them because that business is all about population & TV markets rather than a winning sports history.
