Alabama is absolutely one of the best 4 teams in the country. I guess the question is whether they want the 4 best teams in the country or the 4 most deserving teams in the country. Alabama doesn't deserve to be in imo if they don't win their conference (or even their division). If Oregon, Utah, Minnesota or whoever are not rewarded for winning their conference, what's the point of even having a conference championship.

The Golden Gophers control their own CFP destiny. The same cannot be said for bama.

Throwing shade a bit at my own team, but when we are your 2nd best win so far, that's not a tough schedule.

I honestly dont get this for this year

People are using the LSU game to justify this. Florida and Auburn both played LSU tougher than Bama, and those two teams played in Baton Rouge

Most teams drop about 4-5 spots after a loss.

Alabama might drop one or two. I said this earlier, but Alabama is the only team to get credit for losing a regular season game.

Brando isn’t wrong, Bama had 2 weeks to prepare and they looked awful. Down by 20 at half, down by 12 with 1 minute left in the game.

Even though they won’t admit it, most LSU fans believe Alabama is better than Utah and Oregon. So they’d rather play them. There is no other reason to be this concerned about the committee’s decisions

There are people from everywhere that agree with Brando.

Please keep deluding yourself that Bama is still this intimidating force in CFB this year and "yall is all just scurred aight?"

In Auburn and Florida’s defense, they didn’t allow LSU to put up 46 points and didn’t get embarrassed at home after a bye weeks worth of game planning.

Minnesota has the best win of any team in the top 10 with the exception of LSU.

They've shown they can beat a top 10 team. Alabama.....not so much.

Its crazy how what "we beleive" is weighing more than what happens on the field. It just seems so bizarre

Based on what’s happened on the field Alabama should be the highest ranked 1 loss team outside of Georgia and Penn State

Utah, Oregon, and Oklahoma all have worse losses. They also all had a struggle win or two against cupcakes whereas Bama has not.

Explain

Alabama played LSU worse than Florida and Auburn.

Why are people acting like what they did in a LOSS should prop them up?

Why do people no longer care about winning, just who you lose to?

He isn't wrong about Bama only dropping 1-2 spots.

It's funny that he is triggered over it though.

He dropped Bama 5 spots!

How many spots did he drop Auburn and Florida for losing to LSU?

Auburn and Florida were just as competitive, but neither lost at home.

Going to check their job board. I meet at least one criteria then. Thanks

Au and UF were far more competitive

Auburn and Florida both led in the 2nd half

Alabama never led, trailed for 56 minutes, and trailed by double digits for over 30 minutes

I see a bunch of teams who have won and lost the same amount of games. What wins do Oregon, Utah, and Oklahoma have that Bama does not?

Exactly. That's the narrative on Notre Dame, don't put them in they get beat. BAMA is no different currently. Not saying they are ND, just saying the same criteria should apply.

That would still put them around 7th or 8th, no?

Why are you leaving off Penn State & UGA as well? You said you should be the highest one loss team

And do you also believe you should be ranked ahead of Minny?
