I'm so sick and tired of Bama's dynasty being ended every week since 2012 that I hope that Bama's "dynasty" finally ends soon so that the rest of you can focus on your own team for once.

Anyways, since we're back to 2007 now, I predict the TSIO score to be:

Bama 41
UT 17

Just like in 2007.

Dynasties are about national championships. They are "over" when a team goes 4-5 years without another championship.

If Bama doesn't win another title this year or next year, their dynasty will be viewed as ending in 2020.

Tell the rest of the Rant, bro.

We kinda knew it was over after 2017. Our great teams have been more about defense than anything. That died after 2017.

Bama was so good they were able to eek one out in 2020 with a GOAT offense that covered up for our defensive woes that year.

uh...after 4+ years of no NCs...pretty sure your 'dynasty' is over.

Losing to Vanderbilt reinforces the point. Just sayin'...

By the way, a win over a struggling UT tomorrow does not reestablish this mythical dynasty you believe to be in force.

Greatest program in CFB history and greatest run in CFB history, but Bama hasn't been a dynsasty for a good 2 or 3 years now.

One national title in 6 years isn't a dynasty. Bama's dynasty began after the 2012 season and ended around 2022.

You must be Curious "Captain Obvious" Moe.

It's as though the Rant gets collectively stupider as the week goes on.

The height of stupidity will be tomorrow until Sunday brings us back around.

2017 was Bama’s last national championship

2023 was the epitome of false hopes and lucky breaks

Saban was there to slow it down massively but DeBoer is just a regular coach and you’ll just have to see it happen after all of us already saw it happening

Bama is the defending SEC champion.

Anyway, there's a difference between being a really good program and being a legitimate dynasty. Georgia and Clemson have been really good programs in the past several years, but not dynasties. Georgia could still get there during this run with a couple more NCs...but I don't think the Bama-Saban era dynasty will ever be topped as the greatest in the sport.

That being said, I think that dynasty ended with Saban retiring as SEC champion. That doesn't mean a new run can't start...and it doesn't mean Bama won't be an annual contender. It just means any specific period has to have a beginning and an end by definition. 2009-2022...what a run.

Alabama dynasty is over and currently there are no other dynasties either nor has there been for almost 2 decades now outside of Alabama.
