Our defense however is looking to be one of the best in the SEC

Do what? A&M was playing ball control in the second half - probably avoiding more injuries in the rain. They ran at will. I saw very little resistance from Arky and tackling was pretty horrid.

TAMU beat you by two scores without a defense and without the need to utilize JFF for much of the second half.

There are no moral victories for you.

Nevermind that it was raining like a MOFO in the second half and we decided to just run it right down your gullet.

Our air raid rolled right over that arse. 3 yards and a cloud of hogbloodmud. Whew Pig, stinky.

We ran it all over you about 20 plays in a row from the shotgun, spread formation.

At Alabama, Nick Saban is 6-0 versus Arkansas. He will make it 7-0 in a few weeks.

Pretty obvious we played ball control offense in the second half by running the ball until your defense stopped it...which never happened.

Worst moral victory ever. Congrats on letting Manziel get some practice handing the ball off.

To start the 2nd Half A&M had 22 of 25 rushing plays with 2 TD drives. It was like Sumlin wanted to prove he could still beat Arky's arse even if he didn't let Johnny pass the ball.

You're still going to lose to Bama and LSU...and probably Ole Miss as well

You might beat Auburn

Arky didn't stop or hold JFF. A&M saw that they didn't even need to pass to win so they just ran it down yalls throats for most of the second half.

What did your defense hold Rutgers to? I don't watch AAC games because they're a conference full of second tier teams. I assume you won handily though.

This is certainly not true. I'm not sure A&M even had 320 yards of offense against UF last year.

Because the rain had nothing to do with it?

Or Evans out for much of the game?

Evans played a lot, but he was limping and they didn't throw to him much after his injury. Not sure why they even left him out there?

This is A&M's best team in the history of A&M football and we only lost by 11 points in a rebuilding year, so I'm alright with the game. Congrats to A&M, but don't get used to it.

In fairness to the OP, this has been making the rounds in the Arkansas media and I'm not sure why, because you're right. Might be some stipulation, such as only in games where it's raining.

You do realize that in 2010 and 2011 - what many would call the "golden age" of Arkansas football - Arkansas only beat A&M by 7 and 4 points, respectively, right?

I don't really understand the Arkansas moral victory parade.. I watched the game, begrudgingly, and saw the finesse spread offense of A&M run it down Arkansas' throat.

I think Arkansas fans are just scared because they are now one rung further down the ladder with A&M joining the conference.

Regardless, I hope there's still some fight left in the hogs by the end of the season for their last Thanksgiving week arse whipping in this awkward forced rivalry.
