How old are you? 20? “Creates” is an erroneous term to use. Do you remember that time in 1966 when LSU kicked the hogs rear in the Cotton Bowl? LSU was a top 15 all-time program before Saban.

This is as low as it's going to get for LSU and we'll still probably go 6-6 and make a bowl.

6-6 and a bowl is a good season for Arkansas.

LSU is like Commander's Palace, the chefs come and go, but the excellence in the place remains.

Then why no titles between the segregated team in 1958 till Nick Saban arrived there?

Who’s to say God won’t answer another LSU prayer? You know this how?

It is odd how over the last 20 years LSU could be so horrible and then come out of nowhere and win it all, and then go right back to being horrible.

Alabama and Ohio State have been dominant year in and year out, so it's no surprise when they win.

Yes, but not every single time.

Imagine how "lucky" Kentucky Basketball would be - if NBA ball players grew up in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Tennessee, and Southern Ohio on a regular basis.

That kind of talent base could even make a John Calipari look smart ... year after year after year.

That's LSU Football. It's not luck.

Imagine bragging about being 15th best at something.

Y'all lost every single game of your 1955 season and were a punching bag for most of the 90s/until Saban . And a Gump dick riding Ohio?

It wasn't an insult, just stating a fact.
It's unusual for a team to win 3 titles in 20 years and have had such lousy teams in between those titles.

Just saying that bama and osu have been near the top every year so it's not a surprise when they win it all.

there have been a few good ones in the mix there. Miles wouldn't adapt, and they waited way to long to fire him. Not sure how O got the job, but that team killed it, but they're not gonna pull another Miles situation, so they cut bait early.

You can actually answer this pretty easily if you remove Bama fans infatuation with exclusively polar thinking. Being perpetually 9-3 with top 5 classes isn’t horrible. Being 3-9 is horrible, being 12-0 is great. There’s a whole metric frick ton in between.

I mean, I’ll give you the last two years have been horrible, but even the last 20 years LSU was still racking up 9 and 10 win seasons between NC games… slightly better than “horrible”
